Impressively subtle and refined considering the high alcohol (15%)! Very fruity, with red and black cherries, stewed raspberries, and ripe plums, followed by peppery spice, black tea, and sweet flowers. Rotem & Mounir wanted to create a bottle of Châteauneuf-du-Pape that could be comfortably enjoyed and finished between 2 people, and we think they've accomplished that!
