A wonderful introduction to the sparkling wine region 'Limoux' in the south of France! Great fizz and acidity, yellow apple, buttered toast, sweet and bitter almond, with a long dry finish. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this wine for the price point! Ready to drink straight away, on its own or with some fresh seafood.
