Lovely straw yellow colour. The first thing you get on the nose is warm buttery pastry, with a pretty backing of white blossoms and yellow apples. The acid, although present, is less apparent than that of a NV champagne. This can easily be enjoyed before, during, or after a meal. Very versatile little drop!
