Chablis lovers, rejoice: this is about as classic as you can get! On the right bank of the Serein River (the side with all the Grand Cru vineyards!) is where you find the Mont de Milieu. Lovely fruit ripeness, the intense mineral and saline drive, plus a little softening to the acid thanks to full Malolactic Fermentation. Very hard to put down.
