This Irish Micro Distilled Gin contains 16 eclectic botanicals led by Black Lemon and Irish Gorse flower; giving it notes of citrus and spice with a measure of chaos.
Nose: Lemon Balm, shredded ginger and sweet Irish gorse flower.
Taste: Spicy pine, earthy woodland frost and balanced citrus burst
Finish: Rooted orange grove and slowly roasted spice
