This champagne alone represents the mosaic of parcels that make up our vineyard. It reflects the grape varieties grown in our vineyards. The proportion of reserve wines (40%) gives it a highly consistent style.

Lemon curd, apple, quince, and brioche are the first flavours to leap out of the glass to meet you, followed by more subtle notes of stone fruits, blanched almond, and honeysuckle. The fine bubbles and powerful minerality carry these flavours to a long finish. Lovely weight and mouthfeel!
