Laherte Frères are a predominantly grower producer in champagne, and the grapes for this cuvee are 100% from their own vineyard planted in 2014 & 18. The family champion the meslier grape, and after tasting this we understand why. Racy acidity, chamomile tea, sage, and a wonderfully saline citrus finish. The ultimate aperitif, it will sit perfectly next to some fresh seafood. Don't limit yourself to oysters here, white fish in a sage and/or tarragon butter would be an incredible pairing!
