“The wines from Oiry set themselves apart because of their saline expression, full of freshness”

Zingy acid, punchy citrus, and a touch of brioche, but for us the most defining factor to this wine is the intense mineral drive. Like licking a slightly salty piece of limestone and then some chalk (the wine nerds will get it). Wonderful to enjoy now but can happily be cellared for another 5-10 years.
